Boys, boys, and more boys
Last night Eddie invited 7 of his friends for a slumber party to celebrate his 12th birthday. They've had a great time eating pizza, playing video games and rough playing. I can't see my livingroom floor right now, too many bodies and sleeping bags. Its a busy, loud home here in the Van Dyke household.

Daddy's girl
Last night Kaitlyn was soooo cute! Matthew's had a very busy week at work so he's been coming home after Kaitlyn goes to bed. Well, last night she refused to go to bed at her normal time. She was soooo excited to see Matthew walk through the door. Matthew layed on the floor and Kaitlyn was trying so hard to get comfortable so she tried to sit on his head, lay on his back, anything just to cuddle with him. After a few minutes both Kaitlyn and Matthew decided to go to bed. And the minute she layed with him on the bed, sound asleep she went. Definitely a daddy's girl!

Christmas in Colorado
Happy New Year! We're back from our trip. This year we spent Christmas in Colorado with Matthew's family. We had a wonderful time. Katy and I were able to get away for a chic flick and dinner....that was really nice. The kids loved opening presents, playing together and sledding. Oma and Opa had all nine grandchildren running around all week. Talk about busy. The kids didn't want to go home. Well, its back to the groove we go. Working on putting away Christmas decorations. Can't wait to see everyone again. More photos will be added soon. Enjoy!
